We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy and ambitious product owner who strives to achieve the best results. Are you a person that can motivate anyone to go the extra mile and always strive to be the best version of themselves? And are your organizational skills unparalleled? Then we are looking for you for the role of Product Owner!
What will you do?
As a Product Owner, you’ll be responsible of making sure your team delivers the agreed upon roadmap on time. Making sure that it fits with our high quality standards and that everyone enjoys it while doing it. Furthermore, you’ll continuously look for improvements, on team level, in your team members as within yourself.
Scope of your activities:
You are responsible for the day-to-day business of a team of 8 software engineers, 2 testers and a UI designer.
You determine the short term (3 – 6 months) product roadmap together with the Product Manager and translate this into actionable requirements such as User Stories.
You align with the Technical Lead and senior developers on how to improve the overall quality and stability of the product.
You align with and propose improvements together with our other Product Owner to make both product teams work more efficient and effective.
Create a strong team culture where open feedback, continuous learning and having fun are at the core of what we do.
You are a tech-savvy person, which means that you ‘get’ technology (you understand its possibilities and challenges in a business environment).
3+ years working in an Agile scrum-based environment creating software/web/mobile apps, of which at least 1 year as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
That you are a good organizer: you are always on top of your game, as well as others. No deadline is missed by you.
Strong analytical skills. Visible by being able to quickly understand new concepts and translating these into requirements understandable by your (internal) customers.
An intellectual and professional level, at least equivalent to having completed Dutch ‘higher professional education’.
Fluent in English.
What’s in it for you
Bonus based on company performance
Holiday allowance (25 days for a full-time contract)
Internet, transportation and phone allowance
A modern, flexible and multicultural workplace at an innovative and global company
